Inclusion Quality Mark
It was with a huge amount of pride that we received our Inclusion Quality Mark award in October 2020. Huge congratulations and thanks to all who contributed to this achievement. However, it was under the co-ordination of Mrs Logue that this was made possible and the school owes a debt of thanks to her for going above and beyond what is expected in order to ensure that the school received this prestigious recognition. Rights Respecting Schools
St Clare’s PS became a Rights Respecting School after being assessed by representatives from UNICEF. This award recognises the knowledge and practice of all staff and pupils over a year’s work in observing the Rights of the Child. It has led to the school completely changing their attitude towards school life by adopting Charters and applying the 42 Rights of the Child as designed by UNICEF to their everyday work.
